Deposit a check or wire funds to the escrow company.

INSPECTION

Hire an inspector so you know the condition of the home.

SUBMIT REPAIRS
Use the inspector's report to ask the seller for repairs. Focused on high ticket items and safety concerns.

APPRAISAL

Your loan officer will order an appraisal to know the value of the home. This normally takes a few weeks.

Walk through the home just a few days before signing for your home and to make sure all repairs have been completed.

Meet at the escrow office to sign your loan documents and title paperwork for your new home!
